Panda Ji has left a trail of disaster as  Coach of U-15. If you have to give the post to the sponsor (Orrissa govt.) make him Technical Director or something like that. Bring a competent Foreign Coach with training / knowledge of U-15 level.

Chill guys, these aren't even the best players in the country. These are just quota players from Odisha. I wouldn't take U-15 results too seriously, but I would take U-17 and U-23 seriously as there is no quota
