<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">This is not Indian youth news but I would rather people see this article from the New York Times from 2010 in which the journalist goes to the Academy halls of Ajax, one of the most renowned Academies in the world and really goes in depth into how the Academy works and how they scout there kids and basically the whole system. He also compares it to the American Academy system which is proven to be highly inferior to what Ajax does. It was a mega eye opener for me and really is something I would like to see implemented in India as I feel it has more potential to work here than in the US.</font><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"><br></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/06/magazine/06Soccer-t.html?pagewanted=all&_r=2&</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">In the other leagues thread I posted highlights to three games of Jong Ajax, the Ajax Reserve side, who currently play in the Dutch 2nd Division. Notice how disciplined the kids are. How technical they are, their decision making, there shots. All of kicks ass really. It is just so fascinating.</font></div>
