compared to their previous home game against Viva, Arrows displayed a much better brand of football today..Surprisingly they didnt play long ball at all today and played attacking right from the word go and even though it dsnt show in the result but they dominated the game for most part of the match.

Bulpin has been trying to give a lot of playing time to manandeep over fela as manan had missed out on the first half of the league..Manan worked his heart out but was guilty of missing a clear shot at goal from 5-7 yards out and blasted high over..a sure goal missed again <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->:(

The Arrows mid had a totally off colour Jewel Raja along with an ordinary bikramjeet but the real spark was provided by Lalrindika..he sure is a class act and single handedly created all the moves and showed some sizzling skills you would expect from an energetic young player..a top notch player!!!
Vishal Kumar was very sloppy in defence plus slow to react,even Raju made 2-3 mistakes but was otherwise solid..his long throws were killer..he can even take them from the half line to the D!!! he must have taken around 15-20 long throws..great energy levels.The other centre back Inderpreet was superb..he just didnt make any mistakes and was unbeatable in the air..credit goes to Bulpin as he gave unheralded Holi Charan 35 minutes of playing time in 2nd half.this shows Bulpin's main concern is to give max exposure to all players
even though Holi looked ordinary and Rusty yet he scored an opportunistic gem of a goal from 20 yards out with a fierce left footer..Jeje was good as usual and came agonizingly close to scoring twice..had a brief talk with him after the match and he said that it hasnt been decided yet if Arrows would move out of Delhi in the next season..will post some pics of the game soon..
Oh yes also saw Gilbert today for the first time..he didnt look too impressive today..he has good technique but was involved in only 2-3 good moves..too little to judge him with..

I am pleased to hear that IA didnot play the long ball game but was upset when you said they missed a few sitters. It(plenty of possesion) is of no use if they cannot kill their opponent. It will be just like Arsenal who have plenty of possesion but loses to lower placed teams. You need to have that killer mentality
