Getting news from inside sources that Federation cup is scrapped along with super cup concept. ISL and I-League to run parallel for 5 months from November to April. I-League will be top tier but AIFF has decided to grant ISL the cup tournament role. which means ISL is equivalent to federation cup now. AIFF has also agreed to grant all franchises a National licence.
