Of course it is the India tag! Miku is a Venezuelan international who has played in Spain recently and the Middle East and did well. I bet you also that there is a connection here where someone at the Chinese club knows Miku from the past, just like Edu Garcia apparently.
If players like Mendoza, Miku get good offers, it is good news for Indian Football. This shows that one can get noticed at high level by playing in India. More and more young and better pedigree players will start coming to Indian and not necessarily those who are at the fag end. Indian clubs will make money too.
So from what I learned from bfc person is that Miku has got a offer from Qingdao Huanghai FC and they have made a massive offer to him and told him to get released from the BFC contract as they can't buy him as the transfer window is closed in China.
Thats not true i think .Miku can buy out his BFC contract with money from QHFC and then join them. Some transfers in CSL took place that way to get around their 100% tax rule.
If they mutually terminate the contract he becomes free agent and does not have to wait to join any club. But BFC doesn't get anything in return. He should only be allowed to leave in June when the window opens in China & get a good transfer fee
Either way, Bengaluru win. He can pay out the remainder of his big contract or BFC can earn a similar amount via transfer fee, which, lets be honest, can't be THAT big. It would still be a 1 year left for a guy who is 32 and will be 33 next season.
