the point they make , is the current system CLEARLY doesn't work<div><br></div><div>Why not try this system that has worked behind the scenes :</div><div>i,e This new system has already pricked the interest of sponsors, TV , investors etc.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>The new system will ensure more chance for junior players compared to current system and will force clubs to spend on Youth development , at the same time giving them the revenue to do so.</div><div><br></div><div>Also enables clubs  to make money from player development, Fed Cup can be where I-League clubs scout for hidden talents from PSU teams , and take them onto their books in the hope that they get picked in the auction.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Though i like the format...but the only concern for me is that this league will the interest of i-league clubs indirectly<div><br></div><div>the only way i could see this league being implemented is if they replace i-league and transform it into the new structure with franchises included in i-league directly and force few clubs to move out of their present location if they wanna stay in the league</div>

@gaffertape<;div>The things you have mentioned, assuming that is how it is gonna be(or are they ur proposals?) make sense. The I-league clubs should benefit from the Quick-Fix League. But the point is, will the i-league stay relevant? As it is, we are struggling. to get people visit the matches. When we divide them into east-west zones, no Mohun Bagan, no East Bengal will play against the teams in west. It is a well known fact that a lot of people are attracted to d stadium due to presence of these teams.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, with the clubs profiting from the Super League, wouldnt their focus will shift from I-league which is a liability for them?</div>

A case in point is that IPL did not make Ranji Trophy popular. Rather they are thinking of revamping the Ranji trophy format itself to keep it relevant.
