India's football federation (AIFF) has been reminded by FIFA that it
cannot be influenced by legal or political inference from inside the
country, the global soccer body said.
No legal or Court or Government can influence AIFF or any other sports association otherwise it will attract Ban. This so called Sports Bill or Lodha Commission can be thrown into the Dustbin.
Its not like that if AIFF doesn't follow sports bill it can't represent India. Following Sports Bill is not third party interference. It will have to amend its constitution to follow sports bill which is not a direct third party involvement
ISL 2017-18: Newbies Jamshedpur and Bengaluru's contrasting pedigree set to spice up the league
The story of football clubs is, quite often, the story of cities. It stands true even in India, where perhaps football isn’t as steeped in cosmopolitan culture and history as one is led to expect; and even in the Indian Super League (ISL), a young league, where story lines aren’t much developed as they are still being written.
In this case, the story is of the two new clubs that enter ISL Season 4 — one, a modern club envisioned in a modern city with huge success in the I-League, and the other, a club from a city with a barely acknowledged footprint in Indian sport, but a massively credited one on Indian industry.
