do we have so many PIO players ? I-League, 2nd division clubs

They have option to sign or not sign that mean  1 foregner less, I am hearing 4+1+1 in I league with 4 foreigners 1 Asian and 1 PIO/OCI.

The quality of PIO / OCI will be doubtful.

Good PIO can come as a Foreign player too.

How will you define PIO ?  Holders of OCI card or some fairytale story of an ancester 100 years ago ?

I am saying this as most of PIO players will fail to qualify for OCI card. Just having a Kumar and singh in the name is not enough.

Do we even have 100 PIO good players playing in professional leagues around the world and willing to come to India ?  Better to have Indian player rather.

Real Kashmir plans to register Kashim Siddique as a PIO player.

Not possible I guess. It is not applicable for citizens of Pakistan or Bangladesh.

He was with them this last season. They didnt even register him for I-League. Not any regular footballer

There is no quota for PIO players, they are damn foreigners, even the ones with OCI cards. They aren't Indians and won't be one, ever.

Will Roy krishna be eligible under PIO?  Anyways he is not going to play for India  .  Then those sort of players must not be included in PIO slot
