No appointments made by the current regime were successful.  Adding to the  long list of financial viabilities.

I have seen Subrata giving interviews earlier where he advocated grassroots with school football.  He might just bring in a new dimension

Almost everybody in Indian Football talks about grassroots . Even foreigners who come here for promos talks about grassroots  . But anyways hope it makes some , if any,  impact.

Deservedly AIFF officials are moaning that 100Cr a year is not enough. Stop spending money like flowing river. We need a lean, mean passionate people. We do not need 5 star hotels and fancy meetings. We do not need PR, so many federations operate with 10-15 Cr budget in Asia and are still outperforming us. Learn to make football profitable, Make fans passionate about the game. It is the second highest funded entity after cricket so don't be sitting there and complaining. They were so cozy taking money from FSDL what did they think that money was for?

In 5000 Crores we could have definitely fixed our grassroots and coaches. Money is never the problem in our country

These guys will never learn. Indian football has been dead since last few years. Even if willing people join AIFF they will never be able to implement anything in this country. Its hopeless!

Neither parties wanted to fix anything. Lack of interests clearly showed in handling of the leagues, national team commitments, 0 investment on grassroots, multiple debacles etc etc etc. But contrary to what others think, and contrary to what is being conveyed, I for one , have seen a lot of changes starting to be good. In life or anywhere communication/dialogues is extremely necessary especially when you have so many stakeholders, Aiff and its officials, state fas, isl, isl and ileague clubs, we majority of whom just nowadays demand success without knowing true potential where we are, second this with all the debacles of previous administration carried forward - how difficult do you think current admin is in? And I am a firm believer if we actually pen down all the changes that have been started or promised goin forward,  we will see a lot more dynamics (reason why we are bale ro constantly discuss on indian football)
