Why it will only hamper growth of goan football? IFA has 10 times more clubs under it than GFA but they are not moaning that Bengal football getting backwards. Well top clubs from Bengal might not have any problem giving that fee but for smaller club its same every where.
We need to look at the Broader picture.
P.S. Don't want to start a Bengal vs Goa discussion.
Maybe reduce the fee for players playing at lower level.<br><br><b>BTW there is no FA in Andhra Pradesh in case you thought of killing them </b><br> :P
<br><div style="font-weight: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-weight: normal;">Exactly. Well, maybe, some little kid at his house has his little play box where he runs his football association. </div>
<br><br>They are talking about significant change and all they say is AFC criteria for clubs. I hope the venues also satisfy AFC criteria. will it be home and away format or one city to host everything.<br>

<br><div><br></div><div>It will probably be in home-away but then that brings up plenty of new questions. How will travel be taken care of? The reason the AIFF made the I-League into conferences was to cut-down on travel pay and now that is not going to happen and to add to it, they may now need to pay for 2nd Division and I doubt any of the 2nd Division clubs can pay for their own travel in a home-away league.</div><div><br></div><div>Also salaries will be an issue, as well as infrastructure, and revenue. You can bet there will be no television broadcast, let alone any TV revenue, and also barely any crowds.</div><div><br></div><div>Lots of questions still, it will be interesting to see how the AIFF manages this.</div>
