getting these guys jobs is definitely not anyone's job, they need to just work there way out. I am sure AFC can't have get the degree, 100% placement opportunities!

Exactly!!! These guys need to network properly, dish their resumes, make proper presentations and market themselves properly. Once oldies will not be able to hold on to their jobs because of lack of certifications, I am sure we need more new talent, not just outdated coach. One thing is their, certification is not a guarantee of coach job. Sayeed Nayeemuddin was the first coach with all certificates, he is out of job. In India, coach is also a poacher who can bring some foreigners or who have good hold over Goa and Calcutta politics. This politics stuff is where we need to change and encourage professionalism.
I hope its true. Will save a load of money. Whatever plan he had to lay out, he has done that. Just a month of work. I dont think he has any role as of now. Why should we pay him for nothing?
