Kashmir is a fantastic decision..youth from the valley are well built and football can be a good future prospect for them..kudos to AIFF..Manjeri to Kashmir

Plus Kashmir had good crowds during the Santosh Trophy, they also good crowds when Mohun Bagan played against Kashmir team. Although fed cup may not get as much crowds, but it is good to give games to places are troubled due to multiple reasons. Like the decision.

So AIFF to implement "Marquee" rule and intimidate the clubs soon about it's definition..

East Bengal are very much against this as they have already signed up their "Marquee" Ranti Martins for 1.5 crores and he won't fall in AIFF definition..Expect them to search for some loopholes in the definition and bring in a Tahitian..

Carlos Hernandez's agent can also expect some calls
