Its really an unrealistic thing but an under 23 team event can be made possible.

BRICS  Nothing is decided yet. Its just an idea or a proposal. Cultural exchange takes place whenever any organisation is formed. BRICS is about financial tie-ups between 5 countries.
If they do it at U-17 level, it will be nice.

what was stopping AIFF from hosting Federation Cup 2014 in August/September this year? ISL is not there as they are worried about Champions Challenge Cricket Tournament.

No more Nehru Cup. Last time AIFF faced INR 6 cr loss. No sponsor, no good team so RIP Nehru Cup.
