Because Das babu knows these entities are too weak to stand up to #IMG thuggery anytime soon, once #AIFF starts calling JCT/Tata's or even Pune FC they will start demanding unheard of things like matches to be played in evenings, ileague to have a separate marketing team and clubs to have revenue sharing, ban on matches to be played in mid afternoon in pleasant Indian May summers, questioning why a corporate tournament has frozen 6 months of any notable domestic football ??
perfect for ileague in the new age of #IMG owned Indian football @Deb_Ban. I still maintain MB/EB/BFC should follow PFC's cue and say enough. lets wait out for 1 year and see how #IMG tries to convince the nation that these backyard clubs are competing for national league. No matter amiable to #IMG's persuasion, #AFC/#FIFA would have no choice but to ban Indian clubs till the house is in some kind of order.
@munna219777, that's great snoop job! Finally some info about them.
But it says Minerva is the cricket academy and Sharks is the football club. But however commendable are the personal achievements of the owner, I wonder how AIFF bosses were impressed on the football club, over say, Hindustan FC, Simla Young FC or, MP United FC.
FIFA U17 WC has been allotted Sept-Oct window with no domestic league one month before and 15 days after. so ISL will start mid november and ebd in mid jjanuary. so may be no I League in 2017-18 season

And the nation wants to know who the 'Himalayan Gangtok' are. Uh, and also why Kenkre, PIFA and Lonestar are permanent fixtures in I-league II.
What will #AIFF answer to # IMG then??
@Deb_Ban Yes Minerva Theater used to be there in Jaipur also. Common name for Single screen cinema halls with Art-Deco building.
:P
Seriously, who are this Minerva FC? Sounds like a girls' football club.
