Some corrections :
Rangdajied have not re-signed Kelechi okoye who played for them 2 seasons ago in the 2nd Diviaion & neither have they retained Babatunde .
They are close to signing a Brazilian & a Japanese player as per their team manager
As for Mumbai Tigers: the Advisor to the owner in Dubai who sent Demba Diakate & the other foreigner last season will be looking for the foreign players .
if Bhimal Ghosh were allowed to choose , no surprises as to what you can expect.
Shud be interesting to see how that impasse plays out

do they have any confirmed foreigners? Lamine Tamba perhaps? and any relatively known Indian guys?

Tamba & Shin are confirmed according to manager .
They have Eugeneson Lyngdoh , who played for Lajong and scored 4 goals for them in his debut season , apart from him the rest are pretty unknown. From sources who saw them play , they could be the USFC or HAL of this season
MB's 4th foreigner still not ready.

MB made a grt mistake releasing Tolgay, dipendu

They will pay for that

Tolgay will sure do better this season
he played for u-23 and twice for u-19..must be atleast 22 now..maybe thats why no more in Arrows plans also..this guy was considered to be a superstar at u-16 level..now see what has happened..I wont be surprised if he was actually overage when playing for u-16 team
