how does it look pathetic. far better than previous one. they are doing whatever they can. new turf installations and other works is the responsibility of state govt the owners. they are renting the stadium, not giving it to use free of cost. they have some responsibility for maintenance. they have failed to do this for years. what is happening now is a bit positive. hope after fofa inspection they will be forced to changed the turf also. by next year the whole stadium will have bucket chairs.
take it easy..ofcourse its a positive thing..right now its just draped up for the circus..however once it gets complete bucket seats it shud look better..it has to be ready for the WC as well
Easiest way to hide shit in short time is drape it up with banners. Works the best. China did this for beijing olympics, we did it for Commonwealth and we will again do it for FIFA WC
