To be honest, as a physical presence I would probably go all Odafa on the I-League U20 players. People who have seen my facebook know that my body is pretty wide and I am big for a striker and skillfully I am not bad if I do say so myself but what kills me is my athletic ability. That is why I did not make my school team. I can't run! You have to run 2 miles in 10-12 minutes to make the team here... I did it in 16. I can barely do any push-ups (seriously), and I can barely jump (I am not a heading threat).
The only reason the Red Bulls choose me is for my skill but I have been warned many times I could be cut if I dont improve athletically. I don't want to see how that would be in India.
even though people believe odafa is shit but club is not leaving him..bcoz he is scorin goals...u can try in u19 league....if u got enough skill u can go back to US and sign 4 other club ...but its worth to give a shot in india....
Again, I just dont want to comment on that. I am only a 17-year old here in the states who plays for a regional academy. Is there a chance I could make an I-League U19 team... maybe but I am not going to say I will because it just does not seem right at all.
there is regular trial happening almost every year for different age gr. and if u see some young players like ralte, jeje an in past baichung...alt these player made debut for senior NT at very young age...so if ur talent is worth u will be rewarded soon ....but again it depend solely on u...to whom NT u give priority ..india or england or US...
