Sho has 3 caps in the Japanese J. League Division 1 from 2012 and he played in 10 matches last season in the J. League Division 2 on loan at Ehime. Kuroki played in 23 games last season in the J2 for Ehime, scoring once.
Kuroki is a defender, 24 years old. Matsumoto is 21 and a midfielder. Both are young and have barely played. Also they are destined for the J. League Division 3 (new league) so why not have them come to India first.

Drogba is looking for a league where he can remain relevent while making good bucks. India is where he can remain relevant but leagues like MLS, the ME, and China (again) will offer more.
