He played in the German 2nd Division and he was a great scorer in the 4th division for the Bayern Munich II team so I guess he would be an automatic marquee (I believe the AIFF said they would also just call a player a marquee if they deem him one).

Although I doubt he would ever come to I-League. ISL only.
