still I believe there are better players in Indian just need to scout. tfa,sesa,bfa,cfa ,club teams etc...have great players who are not getting chance to represent India.

TFA used to send their teams to foreign trips/tournaments. Not sure about now.

TFA have annual trip to Sheffield...departing at end of August for 3 to 4 weeks in UK.
Clubs need local tournaments before we can think of overseas trips...
Only once we more local & National competition will we tap into all the talent

Here is format of RKTVC B TOP TOURNAMENT (TIEL) in which Indian U-16 gonna play

Match duration 20 X 2 with five outfield players or 4+1 (GK) taking the field.Normal substitution rules apply. 

Two groups of 6 teams. Top two from each group play for the first prize directly with runners-up battling for third place. 

AIFF U-16 are in Group A with Dutch outfits FC Twente, PSV Eindhoven, and AZ Alkmaar, Belgium’s KRC Genk, and RKTVC’s own team.
