    Sikkim Governors Gold Cup 2017 kicked off on October 5, 2017 at Paljor Stadium, Gangtok. A total of 12 teams are participating in this year's edition of the tournament.

    Mohun Bagan will be playing their first game against Royal Tibetan NSA in the quarter final knock-out round on October 11, 2017. In pre-quarter final, Royal Tibetan NSA today defeated CRPF Jalandhar 6-5 in penalty shootout.

    Mohun Bagan is the most successful club of this tournament, having won it 9 times. Sharing the scores of the finals in which Mohun Bagan won the tournament.
