Why are we expecting some sort of an angel to come change our fate? There is no magical solution to this. No matter who we get, at the end of the day he has to get his work done by AIFF officials and we all know how efficient they are. We need a system in place with a dedicated work force. Can't work with an inefficient federation. See how BCCI operates. It has his fair share of scum but atleast it's strong enough to refuse Neeta Mbani a picture.
@Naujawan We should not compare BCCI with AIFF. BCCI makes money, solid money, for everyone - ICC, Businessman, Government everyone. On the other hand, AIFF needs money, from FIFA, Businessman, Government everyone.
@munna219777 of course. But BCCI got to where it's at now because of efficiency. 15 years back BCCI did not hold such a strong position. England and Australia were the big guns back then and had more klout in the ICC. In a different world BCCI is suffering like the Pakistani board, could have easily been the case.
I know Stephen Constantine was/will be re-signed but for spit balling reasons just posting this. Loved him when he coached the Red Bulls, won us our first trophy. Won the Danish Superliga 3 times, plenty of experience, assistant for Mexico and head for Finland. Didn't do hot for Finland recently but I heard that was more for other reasons than just him. Salary might be lower now since his Copenhagen days as well.
Another option is the former Jamaica head coach Winfried Schäfer. Did great with Jamaica, did well with Thailand, wanted the Philippines job but they couldn't meet his salary demands.

And that is why I am ok with SC.We need to clean up the system first. But that is not to be.
