The number is quite large because it includes even the people who made more than one comment too. I don't know if this can be done, is it possible to just move people from one badge to another based on the number of comments they wrote rather than just keeping them there.
The lists for different levels of comments are separate. Even if you consider jsut the one-comment level, there are 502 users! That is a huuuuge number considering we are talking Indian football

The English Premier League, which is one of the biggest and continuous annual global sporting events in the world, is broadcast in millions of homes over 200 countries. The Premier League trophy offers an opportunity for the football fans in Goa to get up close and get a feel of the 25 kg glittering cup made from silver.
And for those who follow Manchester United passionately, they have a chance to get an autograph and pose for a photo with the legendary MUFC player ‘Denis Irwin’.
Irwin played who played as a full back during his long and successful career at Manchester United from 1983 to 2004 was highly regarded by their ex-coach Alex Ferguson as his best ever signing.
The President of Goa Football Association and Chairman of Dempo Group of Industries, Mr. Shrinivas V. Dempo was invited to witness an exhibition match between Dempo Sports Club and Indiafest V. Later on, he was taken for an exclusive tour of the Premier League trophy and also posed for photographs with Denis Irwin and the Dempo SC team.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Dempo said “The fact that the Premier League trophy has come to Goa highlights the popularity of football in Goa and in India. I hope more youngsters take up to the beautiful game and ensure steady flow of talent that translates into success for India internationally. I do hope that someday an Indian player will be a part of an EPL winning team”.
This is rather exciting but hardly any news online or papers about the EPL trophy coming to goa...wonder why it was kept low key?.. Pretty sure it will draw a big crowd for a photo opp..
