Balwant scored loads of goals, made India debut, no one noticed except a handful in IFN and fb pages. Today he played ordinary but scored a goal in ISL and is trending in twitter. For me this is a big gain, the players need to get the respect they deserve, or no one will want to play anything other than cricket. This is exactly players want to be a part of this, money is a  big factor, but recognisation is also a big big factor. Players like Subhasis, Balwant, durga boro etc are becaming known.
