I can understand that we just want to pounce on him everytime but we have to blame AIFF for still keeping him. Is he the son in law of some top shot?

But before that sandesh was selected to challenge cup squad and savio was keeping him on bench and that time he was unknown to many indian football fans but after indian super leage he became superstar of indian footballl....so its not big thing, all credit goes to isl and blasters....and isl provied platform to show his talent, when savio and wim was indian coach he was treated like a shit...so all creadit goes to isl and his grteat perfomance opened the doors to indian national team

Sandesh was already known by IFN after his performance with United Sikkim... probably the only bright spot of that team.

Group B of the qualifiers for the AFC U-23 Championship 2016 scheduled to take place in Lahore has been postponed due to security concerns following the recent troubles in the Youhanabad area of the city.
After closely monitoring the situation the AFC has decided that it is in the best interests of the participating member associations and match officials that they do not travel to Lahore at this time.

Group B, which features Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan as well as hosts Pakistan, was scheduled to be played at Lahore’s Punjab Stadium from March 23 to 31.

A decision on an alternative venue and schedule will be taken after discussion with the relevant parties and announced in due course.
