Actually they would have invited some team to bengaluru for June 6th or play against BFC in bengaluru as a friendly.
This Champions League CL T20 tournament was there and IMG-Reliance as well as Star network didnt want to clash the dates and affect TRP as both were there home tournaments. I guess that was the main reason why everything was pushed forward. Otherwise I-League would have finished 15-20 days before this time and we could have squeezed a Friendly. Short sighted AIFF-they are more concerned about profit for their masters. ISL could have started in September but they waited till CL T20 finished in October.
@preetam His crosses are still fantastic but I feel he is one hard tackle/injury away from retirement. Also, hasnt he retired from international football already?
