About Shorey? That is more of a signing you would see from an I-League club, not an ISL one. As in, I do not expect much from him and personally feel PC could have done better.

ATK have not announced Valdo on their fb and twitter. Though ATM have already announced it. Looks like Valdo has not been signed. Maybe some contractual problems. This means ATK have 9 players now. 1 spot left for marquee.

Even with Valdo they have a spot left for marquee. The rules as far as I understand are you can have max 10 foreigners + 1 marquee.

ISL should have a rule of atleast1 player in the starting 11 which should have come through the clubs full time academy and atleast 3 in the team, so that the #ISL (parasites, yes I stand by my opinion of these franchises) start investing in player development, rather than the joke of weekend tamasha's where Nita & co give away prizes infront of TV cameras.
