We could send I-League teams now that the I-League does not start till January. Pre-season tournament for them though.

Both the top two are busy in their local leagues. But yeah, ideally it should be like that.

I could see Bengaluru FC taking an interest in the cup. They can use their U19s for the state league.

17-30 Oct, 2015
EB and MB from IND, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi, Dhaka Mohamedan, Dhaka Abahoni from BD, one team from NEP, Sri Lanka and Maldives each.
