Whats the point of this race/state based identification of players?

Shows the quality of state football institutions....that's why b hv few players from south and central India excelling at national level.....

you guys are missing the point and unneccessarily taking it towards the race thing!..this shows without any proper academy etc Mizoram has so many players in the I league/Indian football as of now...the grassroot efforts of the state are also reaping good dividends..junior boys won the Subroto cup

So only 11 players overall if you discount the two NE teams (they are in any case going to get more presentation from Mizoram players). Okay, but not overly impressive for me. If one compiles similar lists for Goan or Bengal footballers, the results may be similar.

@Deb_Ban please compile....would be interesting to see which states are producing and which have started to decline.....we can judge on avg. Age...

Eg.  Lots of Kerela lads like Zakeer , Rino, Pradeep , Rafique, Anas etc...but few under 22
