Referee is always right. If the Assistant Referee raises his flag... the poor Refereee has to blow whistle and vice verca. Now the question.... are the Assistant Referees conversant with Off-side rule ? My answer is a big NO. In CFL Off-side rule varies from team to team and Assistant Referee to Assistant Referee. If you see the Video of some recent matches you will also agree with me.
