to qualify for Asian cup playoffs we need to have 3 ?? teams with less points than us after the end of campaign(8 winners+4 runners up qualify and next best 24 team make the playoffs) ..at the moment these are the teams with least points India-3 Yemen--3 Maldives-3 Timore Leste- 2 Bangladesh-1 Laos-1 Chinese Taipei-0 Bhutan-0 Cambodia-0
So AFC Fucked up again , as indonesian is banned so they removed 5th place play off , now India need 1 point against Iran any how and we need 3 points against Turks ...

@goalkeepar True shit, that is why football is the way it is in Asia (and India). Lack of any sort of strategy for the future to leverage the huge market, old ideas and lack of inclusiveness. But let's just enjoy the 3 points. Could be the last we see for a while..
I was under the impression that all teams, even the last 5th placed will qualify for AFC Asia Cup Playoffs. When did they make this rule of 3 Points plus Bottom place not counted?

Sports and Politics should not be mixed. Somehow we talk with Politicians and Businessman who have more power to stop any abuses but we go attacking artists, Sports people who have nothing to do with Politics or Abuses.
