experience matters and I believe Otta would be an excellent choice. Experience of so many decades and involvement with so many teams would lead him to understand the psyche of the current crop of players and indulge in game plans more suitable for this team
The aiff should be looking at a experienced j league youth team/ or a a coach with experience in Thai youth football coaches who are used to working with smaller physiques as @kartik91 rightly mentioned. No point getting an overpaid European who is clueless about India
