Interpol can arrest Elano if he visit any country which has extradition treaty with India. Earlier there were reports that Salgaocar has refused medical examination. Now we learn that there was a Report with a mysterious Blue Patch. Elano cannot complain to FIFA as it is an unrecognised league. So this is a lesson for any Foreign player to register in unrecognised clubs and unrecognised Franchise Leagues. No protection.
Seriously, what the fuck with this bullshit again about not being a FIFA tournament? Hell, if the players who were solely contracted to ISL teams back in October-November could still play for India, then this is a FIFA recognized tournament.
It is debatable whether FIFA can ban or punish any ISL Teams or Players for misconduct. Do FIFA or AFC Recognise the League as Official? Any of these Franchises has passed any AFC Guidelines.
I am searching for answers too. Can Elano make a complaint to Appeals committee? Can Referee take any action? Can FIFA or AFC take any action against ISL for misconduct? The Answere so far looks NO.

And if Goa police issues an interpol lookout for Elano this will create a big mess for India's image as a sporting venue. Basically, what stops any disgruntled franchise owner to repeat the same in 2016? Imagine Ganguly filing a FIR against Lucio in Kolkata, he would never even get bail
Stupid mofos in AIFF and IMG-R should have never allowed this to happen in the first place. And even after this fiasco, they dont have the guts to do anything against Duttaraj. They should spin their webs, kick Duttaraj out of FC Goa and get the other Salgaocar brother in. Shivanand's family has a long and shining history of football patronage.
