Security is Goa police...probably owned by local goons (Salgaocar and Dempo ). Thats why the police got over active after match and arrested Elano, instead of taking action against the FC Goa owners. Noone will believe that none of the 700 cops posted at the match venue saw this manhandling of Elano by FC Goa officials.
