I dont support the idea of a club releasing injured players, thats exactly what the club wants and puts the player's career at risk.

Do you know the contract value of the player reduced after a injury layoff maybe even forced to take a paycut just to get a contract.

Best suggestion is a minimun games guarantee clause with a upper limit. in a year not play more than 40-42 games?

So unless you play every single minute of every game and 5 National team games...you will never cross that mark in India

Need to also take into account state leagues and other tournaments. At least 10-15 more games there.

A cap at 42-45 games is not completely absurd.
