@debarghya89 you are right that last season Keegan joined BFC on loan from Mumbai City FC , but having played successfully at Centre Backs and left back for BFC...they signed him on a longer term deals in April / May and have loaned him out to ATK for ISL3.
The reason for your confusion could be due to the Football Edge rumors that BFC are chasing the signatures of 2 full backs... Fulgancio Cardozo & Saran Singh
What is the FIFA deadline? I don't see much progress on the physical front. Maybe the core infrastructure is being improved on which includes toilets, dressing rooms, dope rooms, etc. But, seats remain to be fixed, roof has not been refurbished, track is left to be laid, cracks and shiz is still visible. Dayum. This ain't gonna get ready by October IMO.
Those seats have already discolored. The light blue ones look okay. But, the dark blue ones look cheap and discolored. Hope they could have gone for good quality seats.

This guy went to Thailand for the same reason after playing in World Cup. Though had a shock seeing the Thai women and returned home..
