If I remember Colaco fell out with Srinivas Dempo in his last year there. If that's true, he will never be back there.

Shrinivas Dempo is currently not on the best of terms with Armando. He has also said that it would not be fair to Mauricio Afonso after he guided the team to the I-League first division...also, as mentioned in this thread, he has been approached by the Goan club FC Bardez.
