If you look at Materazzi or Cannavaro they all started coaching career in Asia. He's not an experienced coach it's true but definitely not a bad recruitment considering who he is.
Well if you are signing someone who doesn't have much coaching history, he better be someone who has a good playing career. Of course Zambrotta is signed for his playing credentials. Fair enough, same happened with Marco. If you talk about a proper experienced coach, no one's better than Alexandre Guimaraes this season.
And the circus fans would say what have the A licensed coaches achieved in India...better to have a fresh perspective of coaches with no licenses...please Wai for 6-7 years before you judge them/ask clubs for licensing criteria / full fledged avademy/ training infra....whats the hurry?
