I wouldn't say that invest a lot relatively for Asia as they are still not one of the top nations in the continent but they must do enough to at least remain competitive.
@BrainFallINDIA Media also hypes the situation of the country like North Korea. If you believe the same western media, how they portray India like slumdogs, cows, flies, malnourished children, rapists and faeces everywhere. Surely we are not like this but western media likes to portray India like this. How they were telling stories of Rio de Janeiro that gang violence and lootings are everywhere, water is dirty, terrorism threats and zica virus? None of those allegations were true. Same way, there is a difference between actual condition of North Koreans and how they portray them in media. Surely they are investing enough money to perform consistently at Asian Level in Football. Having said this, they are indeed way behind their neighbours South Korea, Japan, China. But they are not that much behind South East Asian countries like Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia. Their GDP is better then most African countries which do so well in Football. Just like Indians have a craze for IIT, medical, IIM as these are the marks of success, in Communist countries sporting success is celebrated and they occupy high positions in the society.
About time we give a taste to Iranians what they give to us at Azadi stadium- a big crowd!!..that can make young Iran boys nervous and a good chance to beat them..also I hope we dont score early this time as we become complacent after that and the opposition starts putting a lot of pressure on us..hope we score late in the 2nd half and win
First time seen Margao full of pamphlets. Todays match pamphlets being distributed thru newspapers, stalls etc. Its basically all over. Mass hysteria being created on social media too. Fingers crossed. Hope it transforms into a huge crowd.
Seems like there will be good attendance. The first set of tickets that were kept at the ticket counter got over. They have called for more now. Seems like they under estimated the crowd. People are still waiting for their ticket. Common Goa. Common India. Lets do it.
