Uttam Rai unfortunately is finished..Lack of first team opportunities and injuries..also probably that was a wrong time when he joined Dempo..similarly Vinith Rai once touted as the player to watch out for is almost fading away.Only the upcoming youngsters from the U-19 batch are the one's who give some hope, but this U-23 without Udanta and few others looks toothless
