World Cup 1994 in USA was organised in high temperaturestouching close to 40 degrees and high humidity. It can be done.

There should be "cooling breaks" as in 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

July and August are considered the two toughest months in the gulf region when the heat, coupled with the high humidity, increases discomfort. Over the past few years the maximum temperature crossed 50 degree even though authorities wont officially announce it in public . Even if it shows 52 in our car dash board ,officially it will announce as 42 or 43 !
