I would seriously doubt Kuyt would consider coming out of retirement to play in ISL. He had the perfect career finishing it off with a hatrick that won his team the Dutch league after many years and is rightly respected for his contribution to football at Feyenoord and at Liverpool.
Physically he will be well fit even at 36. During off-seasons at Liverpool, while his teammates went to beaches and parties, Kuyt would often spend time with his young family and would concentrate on staying in shape for the next season. He is also an excellent individual, one of the nicest football players I have met and his wife Gertrude and he would spend time during the off-season and whenever they got time to help charities and not just by putting in money, but spending time raising money.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are still great footballers who can still perform upto the marquee level can come.
Seriously the days of lunghberg, Trezeguet etc are behind since Atleast season 2.
