EB really needs to look into their Asian recruitment next season. For some weird reason they signed Payne after having finalised  Faiz Shamsin. That would have been a very good signing.

The best Asians in I-League Bilal Nejjarine,Katsumi Yusa,Mahmoud Al Amna,Akram Mograbi came from West or Japan

We must probably sign players from their rather than looking at easy options available here 

I also feel the agents here don't too many options

Language is also a big barrier while signing foriegners
Communication won't be easy with West Asians and Japanese

Funny I read an interview of Morgan where he said that Payne was signed by the officials not by him. His choice was Cedric Hengbart. Don't know how that would have been an Asian signing

Faiz Shamsin could not be signed reportedly because his club refused to release him...Plaza's agent Stephen Abarowei has gone on record saying that talks are on with Alex Akande and he could be signed for the Asian quota next year...but then he was supposed to sign for EB last season also until surprise, surprise, it was reported that his club, Kitchee FC, was refusing to release him
