Any weak teams goalkeeper looks exceptional. Even Subrata was called Spider Man during Asian Cup. Dheeraj is good but he needs to work a lot. He still cannot grip the ball and always fist it away. If he does go abroad he should choose the league & club wisely
Anwar is the only gem among the lot, guy probably does not have any notable weakness. Agree with @debarghya89 on Dheeraj, he should improve his handling or else he will face horror of rebound attempts on goal.
Yes Dheeraj will need to work on gripping the ball.. But he still is an outstanding talent. The difference between him and Subrata is Subrata dives a lot cause he is in a lot of scenarios at out of position..but dheeraj's positioning sense is better
The Portugese goalkeeping coach, told a leading daily recently, that he is aware of the interest shown in Dheeraj by foreign clubs. “One hundred percent there are people from many teams in Europe and around the world who are looking at him. I can’t tell you what the team is,” he said on Friday. “If he returns to the methodology of training in India, then he won’t improve. Dheeraj has the potential to play in Europe.”
Last point is very important. And that's why coaches education is so essential
Nobody can be a Finished Product at just 17.We all know he has certainly got some weak areas but so do guys like Josh Servant and Ayiah(who have got European Contracts) for next season.
I am not comparing the players but just saying that everybody has got some problem areas.

"We needed to do something fast. We hired Paulo Grilo as our goalkeeping coach. He worked with all three goalkeepers and you can see the result."
