It is not confirmed yet that winner of ISL will be given AFC Cup spot. It is subject to all ISL teams passing AFC or National criteria. So BFC may win ISL but still not get the slot.
@munna219777 aiff will hand national citeria passed certificate to circus for year every year, even if they don't apply for it. Question is do the circus want to play a proper football tournament in Asia for which they practically need to keep the team for the whole year. My guess is NO.
