We are blaming both ISL and I-league There ought to be some semblance of stability in a team, particularly after half the season is over...only in an emergency should players be replaced...when you continue to change players at will during the end of the season, it shows your flawed recruitment policy...also players, especially foreigners need time to come to a different country and gell with their teammates...so how do these transfers help the clubs?
Long term planning, specific requirements of the club, playing style, target for this season, next season, physical conditioning of the squad with pre-season, team spirit if players are together for a long time. All these factors are going for a toss. Just CUT-MONEY sign this sign that !!!!
Federation Cup, Durand Cup. IFA Shield used to be organised in the past before i-league where clubs could test their Foreign players. It used to act as a good Pre-season also. All that now is finished.
