Nobody can accuse ISL to give refuge to retired international players only. They are doing an encore to the domestic players also. Three evergreen players -- Asim Biswas, Soumik Dey and Rahim Nabi -- are destined to have their places in the draft. All of them are practically retired though Biswas played for Southern Samity in CFL last year.
