Hope the lessons have been learnt by the executing company from the MB ground floodlights. MB needs two more towers as per I-League broadcast recommendations by AIFF.
Eb floodlights look like a major security headache....no way they will host any AFC or perhaps even ileague in this...u can't semi-block entry exits with towers
Those aren't entry exit points for players or spectators. And in case of emergencies it still can be used as a pillar doesn't block a 4 metre wide path by much.
MB EB grounds will fail AFC criteria no matter floodlights are upto the mark or not. They will fail on other criteria like permanent galleries, covers on them, press, dope, refs' room, toilets and the like. They would have to play in proper stadiums for continental tourneys.
