Simple - if any club signs Katsumi, it implies a)The club would play I-League; b)the club officials have a side business of making cut money; c) the club's budget is wafer-thin!

According to this report, Katsumi has announced his signing for MB in his official Facebook account

If Katsumi's signing is true, it is anybody's guess as to where would Bagan play this year & hence the team/coach!
