@DEFENCE123 they are still in talks with ATK, and Katsumi looks liked signed only for CFL, if the deal fails MB will be probably playing in 2nd division and EB in top division.

Also, although I have no insider info, I think it is highly improbable that EB would be playing in top division next year while their rivals would be playing in second division. Lots of emotions involved. It would be too risky for AIFF and other stakeholders to implement such a decision I guess
Note: There are no more Bagan supporters. All fan clubs have shut down, barely 200 people in ground when the team plays now. All the protests against the Bose family have also died down.
